How long until I can expect my order to ship or ready for curbside?
Our website inventory shows everything in stock between our 3 Phoenix area locations. 

Shipping: Our website pulls inventory from all three locations, so when all locations send their items to the Mesa location (which takes usually one to two business days) then the order ships out. So expect 2-3 Business days before your order ships!

Curbside: Our website pulls inventory from all three locations, so when all locations send their items to the mesa location (which takes usually one to two business days) your order will be ready for pickup. So expect 1-2 Business days before your order is ready for pickup!

How do we ship?
Most of our orders are shipped through USPS Priority or Ground Advantage Mail. However, when an order is large, oversized, or heavier than the post office allows, we will ship it UPS ground! 

Majority of orders arrive 2-6 days from the day they were placed!

When we are running a sale or special please allow 1-2 business days more for processing!

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders over $75 anywhere in the US. We do charge more for oversized or overweight Items. Someone will contact you in those cases.

Otherwise we offer a flat rate fee of $7.50 to ship priority mail anywhere in the US.


What Machine Brands Do We Carry?

Why can't I find all machines you carry online?


Manufacturer Rules
Machine manufacturers only allow specific machines online. However, if you are looking for a machine and cannot find it on our website please call us!

Do we accept returns?


Notions
Yes we accept notion returns.

If we sent the wrong item, we will email you a return label and pay for the shipping back.

If you ordered the wrong item, you may ship it back to us at your own cost and we will return it.

Fabric
We only accept fabric returns on jelly rolls and precuts alike.

We will not return cut fabric.

No,  We do not accept returns on embroidery cds or digitalized patterns because of copyright.

Who is Mulqueen Sewing?
Pat Mulqueen started in the sewing machine business in 1963 with the Singer Company in New York after immigrating from Ireland. In 1973 he transferred to Phoenix, Arizona with Singer to eventually open his first store in 1977 in Tempe, AZ. Joined by his wife Bridget and 3 sons Ken, Keith & Darren they went on to become one of the largest sewing machine dealers in the World. In the beginning we were exclusively Singer but eventually picked up Brother, Janome, Juki, Gammill, Handi Quilter and Pfaff. Now if you visit our main location in Mesa you will find Pat & Bridget working everyday alongside their sons, daughters in law, and now 3rd generation grandkids Gerard (Everyone's Favorite Mulqueen), Aishling, and Declan.
Truly a family run business.
