In our August 2024 session, "It's Autumn In Our Neighborhood". This is the perfect class for all levels of embroidery. Learn to cut applique pieces on a Brother ScanNCut machine and work on an embroidered applique pattern in the hoop (ITH).
In our August session, we will be making a garden flag from the Fabric Confetti Embroidery Pattern "It's Autumn in Our Neighborhood Wonky Houses" (SKU WONKY-AU) We will complete this project in class in 1-3 hoopings depending on your hoop size. At least a 5"x7" hoop is required.
Project Supplies to Purchase and/or Bring to Class:
- Pattern: Fabric Confetti The Wonky Houses - It's Autumn In Our Neighborhood (SKU - WONKY-AU)
- 1 Embroidery flag blank (OESD Garden Flag 2-pack - SKU - OESDGFLAG)
- 3-5 6" x 6" scraps of fabric for the wonky houses
- 3-5 6" x 6" squares of Heatnbond Lite
- 2 sheets of tear away stabilizer per hooping (up to 6)
- 10 embroidery threads in fall/autumn colors
Machine Supplies to Bring:
- Embroidery machine with power cord and foot control
- 5" x 7" or larger embroidery hoop for your machine
- Embroidery foot
- Bobbins
- Screwdriver
- Scissor
- Seam ripper
- Pins
- Basic embroidery supplies
- Paper, pen or pencil to take notes.
