Join us in Glendale as we use Fabric Confetti’s Wonky House Valentines pattern to make a mini quilt.

We will be stitching out 3 blocks from the pattern to make a super cute mini quilt.

We will be cutting out applique pieces out on the Brother ScanNCut. A ScanNCut is not required for this class. If you are new to the ScanNCut, the instructor will provide a detailed demo to help you cut your pieces out.

Wear pink or red to be in the festive valentine spirit.

• Download Embroidery files on a USB drive or your machine.
• Cut 1 background fabric and fusible fleece 10"X10"
• Cut 2 background fabrics and fusible fleece 10"X6"
• Cut 5 strips of fusible fleece and sashing 1.5"X10"
• Cut 2 strips of fusible fleece and sashing 1.5"X26"
• Do not cut your backing fabric until we are in class

• 1/2 yard background fabric
• 1/4 yard border fabric
• 1/3 yard backing fabric
• 1/2 yard fusible fleece or other thin batting
• A variety of applique fabrics, 5" x 5" or larger
• Polymesh stabilizer
• Fusible Fleece - Pellon 986F
• 1/2 yard HeatNBond Lite
• Optional:  Terial Magic Starch
• Threads - a variety of embroidery threads to match and contrast with your valentine house
• Basting Glue
• Wonder Clips

• Either a combo sewing/embroidery machine OR both your sewing machine and embroidery machine - with power cords and foot controls
• Embroidery Foot
• Embroidery Hoops - 5" x 7" or larger
• Wound bobbins - black and white
• Needles - suggest Microtex 80/12 or 90/14
• Rotary cutting tools - rotary cutter w/ sharp blade, cutting mat 8"x10" or larger
• Basic Sewing/Embroidery Notions -- Straight Pins, Wonder Clips, Fabric Marking Pens/Pencils, Machine Screwdriver, Tweezers, Seam Ripper, Scissor, Pen/Pencil and Paper to take notes, etc.  Eye glasses if you need them.

Class & Club Policies 

Class and/or Club fees are required at the time of registration. Reservations will only be accepted at time of full payment. If you need to cancel a class, we must be notified a minimum of five (5) days in advance of the class. At five days, we guarantee attendance to the teacher so she can prepare for the class. There will be no class refunds or credits given after that time. We reserve the right to cancel a class if we do not have the minimum number of students the teacher requires. If that happens, a full refund or credit will be given. Please read over the supply list for the class completely to see what preparations or special products are needed for the class. Purchase your supplies prior to the class unless the supply list indicates differently.
