This fancy flamingo will have you smiling and happy as you design him with the personality and flare in the fabrics you pick! The curves are easy with the Wonder Curve Ruler. Join the class to make your own personal flamingo.

No need to be afraid of these curves as the pattern and the ruler will help you make them perfect every time. Gather some fun fabrics and get your cutting done. (NOTE: We will cut all the curves IN CLASS)


When you shop for your supplies, bring your proof of class registration along with a printed copy of this class description and you will get a 25% discount on notions you need for this class (pattern, threads, the Wonder Curve Ruler, etc.)  Plus you will get $1 off per yard (1/4 yard min. cut) of fabrics you need for this project. 


PRE-CLASS PREPARATION:

• Pick your fabrics and Precut and label your pieces before class. A cutting and label sheet is provided….. (I suggest cutting and clipping your pieces together by Body/Fabric type ---- not by size!) DO NOT CUT BORDER.

• (7) ¼ yd cuts of assorted fabrics
• 1 ¼ yd of Background fabric
• 2/3 yd of border fabric
• Neutral thread and pre-wind your bobbin (I prefer Aurifil thread)
• QCR Mini Ruler by Sew Kind of Wonderful - SKU: QCRMINI 

   

• Sewing machine with power cord, foot control and your 1/4" and standard presser feet
• Machine needles
• Rotary cutter with sharp blade
• small or rotating cutting mat
• Basic sewing notions:  Straight Pins, Wonder Clips, Fabric Marking Pens/Pencils, Machine Screwdriver, Seam Ripper, Scissor, Pen/Pencil and Paper to take notes, etc.
• Your reading glasses if you need them.

Class & Club Policies 

Class and/or Club fees are required at the time of registration. Reservations will only be accepted at time of full payment. If you need to cancel a class, we must be notified a minimum of five (5) days in advance of the class. At five days, we guarantee the attendance to the teacher so she can prepare for the class. There will be no class refunds or credits given after that time period. We reserve the right to cancel a class if we do not have the minimum number of students the teacher requires. If that happens, a full refund or credit will be given. Please read over the supply list for the class completely to see what preparations or special products are needed for the class. Purchase your supplies prior to the class unless the supply list indicates differently.
