In The Hoop Pumpkin Mug Rug

There are 2 sizes to choose from.
The large size requires the 200 X 200 (or 260 X 200 hoop)
The small size requires the 240 X 150 hoop

These coasters or Mug Rugs are fast and easy and will be a wonderful hostess gift to
give someone special for Thanksgiving. The larger Mug Rug can be used as a small
hot pad if you use Insul Brite batting. They are perfect for the holidays.
You can make them multi color or use a thread to match the fabric for faster and more
classic look.

Any brand of machine is welcome!

You will need:
¼ yard of orange fabric for the pumpkin front and back
¼ yard of batting & ¼ yard Insul Brite
A small piece of green fabric for the stem. (Appliqué) (6” X 6” will do for one)
Thread:
If you are making the multi color pumpkin, then bring different “fall” colors for the veins.
If you are making a pumpkin using one color, bring a green to match the stem fabric and
an orange to match or contrast with the fabric.

Stabilizer: Wash away mesh
Bring your embroidery machine and your usual supplies to class
