In the Snail Trail class, we will make several blocks that will show how wonderful this BOB die is for cutting out quilt blocks with many small pieces, but also discovering how easy they are to sew together! Students can make 4 blocks that go together to form the block called Snails Trail. You might decide you enjoy it so much that you take the die home and create your own quilt! Find out how fun it is to cut out ALL your pieces at one time and how easily they go together. The Snail Trail die not necessary (but helpful), nor do you need experience with the Accuquilt cutters to take this class. Come join the fun and see what it is all about!

Classroom will be set up with cutters. Instructor will have pattern, but various patterns are available on the Accuquilt site for no cost. Instructors Snail Trail Die will be available to share. But you will need your own 10” Accuquilt cutting mat.

Pre-Class Preparation:

Purchase your fabrics and get your sewing things ready to go!

Discount Supply List – Class attendees will be given a list of supplies they can purchase at any Mulqueen location. It offers 25% off class notions and $1 off price per yard for fabrics needed for the class. Students are required to show the supply list and a copy of their class registration to receive the discounts.

Fabric and Batting: Fabric needed:

4 fabric colors – 2 (10” squares) are needed of each color
[This makes 4 blocks that go together to make a 16” large square!]

Machine Supplies to be bring to class:

Sewing Machine with Power Cord and Foot Control
1/4 Inch Foot
Wound Bobbins

Basic Sewing / Embroidery Notions to bring to class:

Straight Pins, Wonder Clips, Fabric Marking Pens/Pencils, Machine Screwdriver, Seam Ripper,
Scissor, Pen/Pencil and Paper to take notes, etc.

Bring a lunch or snack if desired.

Class & Club Policies:

Class and/or Club fees are required at the time of registration. Reservations will only be accepted at time of full payment. If you need to cancel a class, we must be notified a minimum of five (5) days in advance of the class. At five days, we guarantee attendance to the teacher so she can
prepare for the class. There will be no class refunds or credits given after that time. We reserve the right to cancel a class if we do not have the minimum number of students the teacher requires. If that happens, a full refund or credit will be given. Please read over the supply list for
the class completely to see what preparations or special products are needed for the class. Purchase your supplies prior to the class unless the supply list indicates differently.
