Join us at the Glendale Mulqueen store to make an embroidered Zippy bag from Sallie Tomato.
Please purchase your pattern(s) at the Glendale Mulqueen store.

The pouch has 2 sizes:
Full Size: 8” X 8”X 1/2” deep
Mini Size: 8 Wide X 6 Tall X ½” deep
Find your favorite embroidery pattern that fits in a 4X4 or 5X7 hoop. The instructor used the Petite Cacti Cards from Fabric Confetti and the
designer used a Font from Fabric Confetti. But the choice is yours.

Exterior fabrics can be Denim, Leather, Cork, Vinyl or Quilting cotton. Lining fabrics should all be quilting cotton.

Print this list and bring it and proof of your class registration to any Mulqueen location and get 25% OFF ANY NOTIONS ON THISLIST AND $1 OFF FABRIC PER YARD (Minimum cut 1/4 yard -- does not include precut fabric).  These discounts expire at the end of this class.

Pre-Class Preparation:

If you are comfortable, please stitch the embroidery out at home on a piece of 10.5 Wide X7 Tall piece of main fabric. If you can’t do that, you can stitch during class.

If 25 tall, 1/3” yard
If 42” Tall, 3/8 Yard
Lining Fabric: ½ yard

SF101 ** Only if exterior is quilting cotton - 2/3 Yard
Sticky Tearaway Or Fusible Polymesh stabilizer if embroidering during class

Polyester thread that matches your fabric
Polyester thread that accents your main fabric.

½” Level 3 basic hardware kit in your choice of color – SKU STS251S
Zipper and Zipper Pull – QTY 4 - #5 nylon 12” each or 2 yards
Basting Tape 1/8” or Basting Glue

Basic Sewing / Embroidery Notions to bring to class:

Fabric Marking Pens/Pencils, Machine Screwdriver, Seam Ripper, Scissor, Pen/Pencil and Paper to take notes, etc.

Bring lunch, snacks and water.

Class & Club Policies 

Class and/or Club fees are required at the time of registration. Reservations will only be accepted at time of full payment. If you need to cancel a class, we must be notified a minimum of five (5) days in advance of the class. At five days, we guarantee attendance to the teacher so she can
prepare for the class. There will be no class refunds or credits given after that time. We reserve the right to cancel a class if we do not have the minimum number of students the teacher requires. If that happens, a full refund or credit will be given. Please read over the supply list for
the class completely to see what preparations or special products are needed for the class. Purchase your supplies prior to the class unless the supply list indicates differently.
