The CD includes PDF instructions for each block, plus video and slide show instruction for the Log Cabin block.
Fabric requirements are given for a wallhanging up to a king size quilt, and the EQ7 file to play with block arrangments and fabric choices.

Block Sizes are 5" and 8"
Pieced blocks included, not the quilted triangle border pictured around the design.
