Each flying geese ruler trims to the finished size (listed on the ruler) plus the seam allowances on all four sides. The trimmed sizes for each ruler is listed below in parenthesis.

Bloc Loc’s Flying Geese 2″ x 4″ ruler locks onto seams for instant ruler placement, control so that the seams end in the corner and trims the correct amount across the tip. Once the unit is completed and trimmed, it will measure 2 1/2″ x 4 1/2″. Trims full and partial flying geese, p0arallelograms, square in a square and many, many other versions of flying geese units.
